• It is a shame there are no gnomes. It is FR; gnomes are pretty common. Next race, most likely drow. Pretty obvious in a lot of areas.
• So far, as a GWF I am doing fine. I didn't min max, and I am liking the change in difficulty in Helms Hold. I could see it getting rough there if I mismanage the mobs. but so far, everything dies to me. I died once early on getting used tot he game and a few times from disconnects, but no other time. I am fine if it gets…
• I cant vote to it. Not enough varity of poll choices. I think there should be something done across all levels. I think the cost of things in zenw ouldn't be soo bad if the exchange rate from AD wasn't soo skewed right now. I think per dollar, you should get increasing amounts of zen. So if you pay 5$, you get 100:1, 10$…
• Well, the problem with that is for the game Neverwinter it would work, but the company Perfectworld would not. The company has a tiered cash to zen model to monetize from in game purchases. The idea to monetize from these free to play games is to offer enough content that players want, strongly enough, to open their…
• I dunno, I would listen to the people paying money. No matter what they adjust it by, if no one buys into it, then they lose. Experienced sales people are in sales, not in the game. So they have no thread tied to how the player buys. They dig data from purchases and analyze the values there and make decisions based on…
• I tried to get a closed beta invite a long time ago, got one, but my registration got fouled up and I had to wait for public. So since public. And, how long has no merit when it comes to the cost of what is now an exspensive, out of reach activity. I am not saying there aren't ways to make it in the game. At the end of the…
• The key is 1.25$ for a chance at a decent chance (rare box) or HAMSTER. 1:8 odds of getting what you want for 1.25$ It isn't about personal economy; it is about making the cost of what people want low enough that the work to obtain the item is annoying enough to justify the real cash exchange.…
• I know they need to make money. The idea is to make what the zen gets you from a want to a WANT. A strong want that drives you to open your wallet. Not a requirement. Making it a requirement (like the keys), just makes it a have or have not. But making them available for a price that people can obtain for work, they will…
• I would agree it would be pay to win if the only way to get top end gear is paying cash. I am not saying NW is pay to win, all I am saying is the cost of zen is too high, and without some controls, it will always be a ratio that only cash will break into (not support, but get involved at all with). I think a better fix…
• I have some minor graphical issues most of the time. Clocktower, first hallway combat, every time I swing, a blue wall flashes in and out of existence at the oncoming doorway/archway. Whenever I am ALT'd to use my mouse, my experience bar and several other UI elements flash in and out. In My mailbox, there is always…

• I have the same issue, different class, race, and horse. I think it is a horse clipping issue interfering witht he programmed shader of cloth items. My kilt like waits wear does the same flyup.
• A beta that goes down often, totally unheard of! Give me my money back! RAGE! Really? PTFD LOL
• I think every time the server is down, your incantation should always generate a double AS buff for an hour. Stackable.
• Yeah it sucks. Hope they fix these issues soon.
• I see only one thing that makes a f2p model fail: pay to win. This to me is where you pay cash for an advantage you cannot gain in game. Like paying cash for a weapon that is unobtainable in the game, or cash for a level or advancement you cannot earn in game. I will say the best f2p models are ones that allow you to earn…
• The advice is useful, since much of the game is done without a tutorial. Also, another thing to remember, Neverwinter was origionally a single player game with multiplayer capabilities. So far, this is just like the single player games, except you don't have to host the online multiplayer portion. I have grouped once only…
• I wish a Dev would come in and lay the law down witht heir plan/code for handling foundry. I want them to leave it as powerful as it is. I want to make rich, memorable content for all users to enjoy and share. I think we as a community should work with them in ensuring an easy method to catch people who abuse the system.…
• You have to understand; the only way they will make a decent income off the free to play model is if they can make us annoyed enough to spend real cash to get what we want. So the idea here is the games AD cost is high, so you buy zen to convert and get what you want. The prices of things are deliberate to dangle the…
• I think this game has touched on 4th ed fairly well. I would have licked the abilities to cross class, but maybe later.
• If something craft wise is slow, I start it, do a quest or two, go to bed, whatever. It counts down in real time. I play some other game if there is nothing to do.
• The Great Weapon fighter is slower in terms of killing per hit, however, they do cut down groups of trash pretty easilly. So I think their 1 on 1 is long haul, but their 1 on many is better. Lots of AOE attacks later on.
• Yeah, I don't get how other peoples idea of fun is encroaching on my experience. If I group with someone who PL'd and doesn't know how to play their class; then I don't group with them next time. I also won't play in farming quests. Not fun grinding exp/loot.
• Given the capability of the Foundry, I ignore what everyone posts in zone. I know millions would just take the easy way every time, but there will be signs of this. Like quests that get a lot of plays but almost no vote popularity to keep it off the radar. I am pretty sure any map that gets more than X plays per hour will…
