Well, they finally fixed my "Display Name Conflict" problem. I logged my ticket on 05/04/2013 at 02:23 PM and my issue was resolved on 05/07/2013 11:56 AM.
Once again, no one in the entire company is answering the phones. Have tried Billing numerous times again, as well as dialed random people from the company directory. No luck. This is getting out of control.
I already called that number about 15-20 times yesterday and tried reaching anyone by using the company directory. NO ONE answers their phone, and their certainly is no one answering phones in the Billing Department.

Glad they finally got around to helping you out sorrow. I'm still waiting, I submitted my ticket on Saturday at 2:23PM (PST) and have yet to hear anything.
Guys, simply telling us that your issue was fixed does not provide any insight into the support process. Please tell us what day you submitted your support ticket on and when you received your response. That way we can get an idea of how long the ticket response time really is.
This is an absolute joke. I've now called 20 times today (literally) and have yet to be able to speak to a representative. There is NO ONE working in the Billing Department currently. Please don't tell me to be patient either, having to call the same support number 20x and getting no where is beyond frustrating.
That sums up my frustration perfectly. I am absolutely in love with the game, while on the other hand I am absolutely shocked by the abhorrent level of support I've received.
Tried calling support 4 times just now. You get put on hold for about 3 minutes until the phone starts ringing, only to hear an automated message saying that no one is available to take your call at the moment, and to please call back later or submit a ticket online. So their phone support is unreachable. Great...
