Do the gods grant druid spells in older editions? IIRC the druidic spells still come from nature, even in the older editions. Worship of deities such as Sylvanus and Mielikki doesn't grant druidic spells, and I'm pretty sure druid didn't have to pray at night to regain spell slots. I've always been under the impression…

Yes, Cadderly is married to Danica who is a monk, though I'm not entirely sure where the concept of oriental came from. Meh, I dislike all the gods that ascended after time of troubles. It just seemed weird that they ascended because of a tablet. I also just hated pallys so much that I ended up disliking most of their deities. Oddly enough I like Torm though.

I'd be PISSED if they put pally under fighter, that's like saying warlocks are wizards...it's just not right.

I phrased the ranger part badly. Yes, he was trained by a ranger and refers to himself as a ranger. What I meant to express is that while he has the class, I don't ever recall him using clerical spells or feats like racial enemy or animal companion. The bloody panther is not an animal companion btw.

Ok, yes on fighter, since he was trained at Melee-Magthere. No on rogue. Saying Drizzt is a rogue is like saying Artemis Entreri is a fighter. Just because he can fight like one doesn't mean he has the class. Not sure where you got mage...or cleric. As for berserker, again, just because he devolved to his animal instincts…

Well, Tyr is dead, Lathander is no longer Lathander, and Mystra dies every bloody edition, so I'm still happy.

My rogues have always worshiped Torm, at least the old Torm for the loyalty aspect.

Wait, so you want something that could be used as a regular damage dealer AND restore your stealth bar? I'd never use another at will skill if that was the case.
