So.. what do ppl do who have no T2 yet and want it? Nowadays groups for T2s (except pirate) look for 10k+ or even 11k+ GS, which can't be done with T1. They will be pretty stuck at that point.

I think deflect should return damage to the attacker, proportional to the damage they did on you. (It might also lower the damage you get, not sure) Defense just filters the damage you get and makes it be less.
