This will not hurt rich ppl. Rich ppl don't even run stuff, they sit around and play with the auction for an hour every day. Ppl with lots of ad support the change, they don't think its bad cus they got lots of diamonds to start with so now their diamonds are worth more.

Actually it 399.795 to 1 not 400 to 1 and this only actually boosts dps 1% if compare to 0 power. DPS don't have 0 power, high gs dps have like 60k power so then ((1+72500/39979.5)/(1+60000/39979.5)-1)*100=12.5025630254% dmg boost, at least that how I told it work. I say you try test with: I find this image in this thread. Weapon has same min and max damage so easy to test with. Always gives same dmg unless change due buffs or something. Sword drops in CN I think as transmute art for weapon.

I dont think you can do it without frost. The CW should have been using it then, since is not possible to get 450% bonus damage otherwise. But idk.

No, I don't think so. @diogene0 are you sure that the power bonus from underdark rings is shared? In your video you say so. I was browsing the Xbox forums and saw a player who was telling people that power bonus isn't shared and it is better to use personalized rings.
