• LET ME JUST BREAK THIS DOWN... real quick.. ENVYS BUILD -more crit -less power -not as tanky OPS BUILD -less crit -more power -bit more tanky so it comes down to luck in any case it just seams that OP sacrifices a bit of luck for a bit of safety
