Dont think there is a cooldown as I couldnt focus on the tank 3 times in a row yesterday morning.

God I hate this bug. Ran the instance multiple time over 6 hours straight and got it 7 times. Who knows if one of those times was the time I could have got the tank.

With all this down time what will I do until 4:30am when its supposed to go back up?
