The tag "requirements not met" is on the bottom of the genies gift while in the campaign shop and will not let me buy it. It seems to work in other campaigns but won't work in storm kings thunder

Wheres your proof that people are getting fails at 100%? It doesnt fail at 100%. It means they didnt have it at 100% . I've had no problems. I havent had 1 fail. I leveled up my artisan first and have gotten a ball every day. Stop whining about it and get your artisan to 100% and you'll be fine

I think if you level up the artisan itll get to 100% proficiency
