Your point of view has many errors in it. These games do not make alot of money, it is free to play and many do so. There is lots of competition out there as well as in other games people can choose to play. They do not want to be offline for long as they are losing money not you. They certainly will not reimburse you.

Historically DC's were Fighters/Healers in that order, get it Fighters/Healers. My main was originally my CW but with my DC being as it should its awesome. I went Righteous in Paragon Path but can still spam out a load of heals. All games change and evolve and this one is no different. Lots of other games out there to try…

I am enjoying this game alot. And with anything be it game or otherwise, Life doesnt always go the way you want it to. If your stressed because a game is offline you really need to look at your life in a new way.
