Open Beta, or "Korean Launch" is the official release for the game. At this day and age it's simply a marketing term, and as is apparent, an excuse for when something breaks. It's not a beta anymore. It's a "korean" open beta. The game for all intents and purposes is released. Open Beta at this point is simply a marketing term and an excuse.
