  • I didn't receive a reply to a message sent privately, so I will put this out here. I have a physical disability that prevents me from participating in voice chats, I am functionally deaf. Completely deaf in my left ear and I have a severe enough deficit in my right that I cannot utilize anything like a voice chat program.…
