2 weeks later, No Update. Then an update saying to check the courier. Then I replied yet again, but this time they reimbursed me for the 50k lost diamonds. Took a while but they finally addressed the issue at least.

been about 24 hours, still no items. I tried to check my support ticket but the support web page won't even load. get this error: This webpage has a redirect loop and The page isn't redirecting properly Ugh

Yes this seems to be a strange bug coming and going. What I've seemed to tie it to is getting hung up on a specific task slot, and when a task is completed in that slot suddenly everything clears up. It's happened to me twice so far.

I ended up completely closing the game and relaunching, this fixed the issue and it has not re-occurred, though I have not been in the foundry creator since.

Yes I've won plenty of items on bids. However there is usually a delay between when the auction "Ends" and when you receive your winnings. As for the auctions that go negative in time, I've seen these stay on the AH for a long time but new bids are not allowed. Not sure what triggers that state.

This is not what's happening. On the first character I was able to queue the task 4 times, after the strange bug resolved itself. Also note that on the first character ALL non-rare tasks disappeared, from all professions at one point.

Update: After completing one of the rare tasks, things were suddenly back to normal for no really apparent reason. However... In the mean time another of my characters (also level 30+) reached level 10 leadership. This again unlocked the 4th task slot. For the first 3 tasks I assigned them to the level 5 task "Explore…

Have you tried going to the founder merchant? He is straight across from Sgt Knox. There you can reclaim all of your founder purchases in case for example you deleted something by accident. Also you can "Purchase" your founder pack gift box (it doesn't actually cost anything).

This bug drives me crazy as well. I will expand it though and say that everything is shifted 1 rarity. IE Common does nothing (that I can see) Uncommon is Common, Rare is Uncommon, and Very Rare is Rare. The only other thing that bugs me is that it doesn't' retain sorting options (duration, bid, buyout, etc) such that…

I found an easier fix. I have both Chrome and Firefox on my machine, when I have a problem with one, I just load the gateway in the other browser. This seems to fix the issue every time that I've encountered it.

I'm having the same problem as the original poster. The problem is I cannot reassign my keybinds to left press right press Q or E. Anything else works fine, but not those. I believe the reason is because those keys are used in the foundry editor. I'm not sure how to fix this issue but it is making it VERY hard to play…
