• why not constitution focus instead of steely defense? constitution focus increases con which indirectly increases your ignore resistance. pretty sure adding that little bit of power from defense will increase barely nothing to the damage because around 200 power is +10 damage.

• gtx 460se @ core 900mhz, mem 2000Mhz 2600k @ 4.2ghz around ~40fps in city 60~70% GPU usage. no bottleneck on cpu. 56C on gpu temperature. 50C on cpu max benchmarked both cpu and gpu, they all function fine. only happens in the protector's enclave. Everywhere else, it uses 100% of my gpu and gets 60~100fps depending on…
