I'm not quite so sure how I feel about this but I'm not exactly happy about binding refinement to a character. Why on earth don't you just create an account accessible pool exactly like zen. People don't want to bind refinement to your self if you can avoid it. I can tell you I don't want to bind anything to a character.…
