Thanks for your help. Unfortunately it didn't work for me : moved the game to other drive, deleted folder, manually started nw.exe on new drive : game started downloading itself to old drive. added new location to ARC : same result. Maybe something with WIN8 not rewriting registry ? Anyways : I decided to re-install game…
