Yes. I even gained power points since then. Still the saved overflow experience bar exists.

Never have Dx issues when going options, display, graphics card = Dx9 ex (restart game). Driver independent bug with Dx11 (ATI 290x myself)

I can't really say a timezone since I have not been there around the clock and done a investigation on that ;-) We try to have people on constantly, but I think a bigger part could be americans (don't have more specifics in my head ;-) ). Rise Against might be for you. We try to have members of both PvE and PvP. We are trying to increase in numbers so we can do full guild runs more often. No Pro/Elite gameplay here, just have fun together :) Does not need to be so complicated and serious.

I play as GF (my main) because I like it. I'm currently 17.1k Protector (Iron Vanguard, pure tank build). I've never seen a GWF tank the way I tank. They don't want to? They can't? This happens too me too sometimes. Reboot/Relog the game and it is back (for me)

Changing both OS language setting and keyboard to US, start the game, verify that it works, change back keyboard to the preferred one. And it still works. I guess I could probably change the OS setting back too without issues.

The game was restarted several times between changing to other keyboards with no luck

It must be more to it than only the keyboard setting. I have Win8 Pro, English (UK) language with Swedish keyboard. AMD 7950 graphics. I tried other keyboard settings with no luck, and others can keep their settings without issues. I don't think the game actually demands me to reboot due to keyboard settings have changed,…
