Reading it again, as it says you can only have 1 stack of Divine Fury at a time , means that probably it was indeed supposed for the Divine Charges to be stacked up while the Divine Fury is on but could only lead to reset of the timer of Divine Fury and not stacking. Hello again, what's your opinion on Sandy's Assault Pants? Great defensive stats and an effect (not quite sure how often it would proc regarding the triggering and cooldown) that procs crushing pin.
So, here comes my usual question with the introduction of every new artifact. What is your opinion on the soul sight crystal? As i see it, i would like to change between that and lantern using the loadouts depending on the mobs / boss.
Whats your opinion on the Charm of the Serpent? It has no uptime on its tooltip. People say its bugged or overpowered. It is also said its cooldown varies between 20-40 seconds regarding your Recovery.
So I ve read at the patch notes that they nerfed a bit the occurance of the paralysis from the Ring of the Curse Bringer? Still BIS? Just good? or not even bother?

Sorry and correct me if i dont understand the tooltip of the SH set, but as i see it, the party members that get buffed are the ones that have a SH set equipped too. ("You and any allies equipped with a set of SH weapons are granted the following")
Sorry for the link, didnt know that. Isn't the SH set the best set, only if your teamates have it too? Other than the SH set i cannot find a single set that suits a Tactician. So i may go for the drowned that adds a little bit of survivabilty.

Guys, I want your opinion on something. Do you think a MI exe TR would do more dps with legendary Twisted set or epic ready to upgrade to legendary Shadewalker set? I ask this because the stats of the weapons increase with the rank of the weapons and the slots for the enchantments are unlocked at a lower rank now.
So, do youy think the Valhalla set is the best choice for buff/debuff GF? I mean some people say the stats are not the best, but if i take DR to 95% i think there won't be any problem.
Sorry to ask again but when you say they fixed (which makes sense since they reworked it) debuff of token what do you mean? I knew that lantern did 8% and token 6%. If they fixed it, did it go over the 8%?
