Queue priority was part of the reason I bought the Guardian pack. It was listed when I bought the pack and removing it is total HAMSTER.
"Iron out the wrinkles," heh, yeah you could say that. I heard it was sent packing back to the maintenance shed at least 4 times in the alpha. I guess its been a difficult class to get just right.
Its an action mmo, halflings are going to use the same weapons as the other races. The same reason you won't move slower just because your a dwarf or wearing heavy armor.
1. I think some damage control needs to be done due to how unclear and easily misread their information was. 2.(a) no 2.(b) undecided, guardian 2.(c) I was still undecided before, but that and any future decisions like it will affect my ultimate purchase. 2.(d) I don't care about drow or wizards personally and I'm already…
In 4e pnp, the only ones able to do that are rangers and characters with the ranger multiclass feat. Chances are good that the Two-Blade Ranger is on their short list of classes to add.
Heh, thanks. I honestly think its a good option for them. With no retail box to worry about, there are too many advantages to a soft launch to ignore it as a possibility.
Another possible fix would be... 1) Announce your doing a soft launch with a release of the game upon open beta applying Early Access to the open beta. 2) Run with the open beta game release for at least 60 days, with no wipes, giving Hero Packs their moment of drow supremacy. 3) Officially launch with drow making it…
I was thinking the same thing, but it looks like it got us our answer about the drow. http://nw-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?62081-Clarification-about-Drow-in-Hero-of-the-North-Packs
Halfling is no longer listed in the extended FAQ as a playable race, replaced by half-orc. Typo? or were they pulled? There is a lot of talk about the drow. Hero pack gives renegade drow and normal drow. Does the guardian pack give normal drow? Does the guardian pack count as a founder's pack? Again, this has become a hot…
I noticed the Roar and Daring Shout encounter powers increase determination based upon how many targets you hit. Daring Shout also marks the targets(taunt) and increases your mitigation based upon how strong the target is. Roar also has an interrupt/push effect. Restoring Strike(encounter) looks nice also as it heals you…
I was getting frustrated with the video as well, for the same reasons. Only using one attack, never equipping new items, and standing around idle a lot of the time. I was pleased to see that they do get a dodge though. I was kind of hoping he'd make it to 10th level to see his class mechanic but that would probably end up…
