In my opinion the skirmishes rewards are very good. Im a new player with T1 set and with them i can get T2 from Underdark set. The skirmishes are not very hard too, even with bronze, and i can do a lot of times until 400 inchor. I guess the new content is not meant to be an astral diamonds resourse.
