Is your goal to improve your damage, buffs/debuffs, survivability, etc etc? Also, I don't see icy terrain listed for your powers. You don't use it?

I would check the Warlock forum. The people there might be able to help you better. Personally, I am waiting for the PC Control Wizard guys to finish testing before I make any decisions.

I currently sit at 1500 recovery with my Elemental Drowcraft and Steal Time takes 13.5 seconds. If I switch to Dragonflight where my recovery is 3900ish, Steal Time takes 12.4 seconds to cool down. Side Note: I have 2 points into Fight On.

Could have sworn that I read somewhere that steal time isn't affected by recovery. Going to check tho. I'll put my Dragonflight Set on and see if there is a difference. Do you have Fight On in your heroic feats or any boons that help reduce cool downs?

My Steal Time takes 14 secs to cool down when I don't have stacks of spell twisting.

Lol that's exactly how I felt going to icy veins. For me, leaving the Lightning Enchant and Abyss just to go to icy veins with a vorpal was such a pain in the butt that I went back to abyss. But then again I'm not a SS and that makes a big difference when choosing paragon feats. From my experience running with other CWs…

Yes. Without icy veins I don't think you will get the instant freeze.

About the lightning enchant. I use a perfect one. I couldn't tell you if it beats out your vorpal if less than perfect.

I use abyss with my lightning enchantment. Works great for my personal dps. The enchant and my companion (I don't use a stone) proc abyss constantly. However that would require you to dump your vorpal which can be a hard step for some. Either way the damage that abyss causes is credited to you. It just needs to be…
