The only site that asks you to do that is IGN afaik, I sucessfully claimed 2 packs on 2 different sites without paying a single thing.

unspec: it's been a couple of days since the big patch, what are your thoughts on the changes and how do you think it will change this build?

More people are level 60, thus more people are fusing shards and rank7+ enchants now, so more coalescent wards are needed.

Yeah, it does all work fine, it's jsut that it is totally unintuitive. It doesn't say anywhere how you get those 'alchemical knowledge' scrolls, you just have to find out by sheer luck that you get them via experiments. A little more descriptive tooltip would help a lot already :)

There are some foundry quests that have puzzles etc. Not sure if there are any that are 100% puzzle based, but you can perfectly create those with the foundry :)

I have the feeling the latest patch buffed my companion (cleric one) nicely. It seems like she heals me a lot better.

Sounds like the patching server are having *MASSIVE* bandwidth issues, or they just need more of them/better hardware. If bandwidth is the issue, with current patching (non)speeds, their gonna need to get at least 10 times the bandwith for the current player base :s Luckily bandwidth is cheap ;) ;)

It's hovering between 100 and 150 kbits/sec here, reminds me of good old ISDN line times! Luckily the gateway is up, and the changes are very nice imho, it's a LOT less of a drag to start professions now. GOOD JOB :D Now go feed the hamsters in the patch-server ;)

That ^^, it will only show you 1 of the rewards you gained, especially when it's an item. It should tell you you got the XP in the chatlog, you might have to look under the logs tab to see it depending on your chat settings.

Close the launcher and restart it, it will let you into the game without problem. It's a pre-patch download that will only start once you exit neverwinter.

I think it would be great if this info could be placed on the 'official' neverwinter WIKI. That way the info won't be lost in a forum thread on page 265 in a couple of weeks :)

You can play without patching, but AFTER quitting the game, it will attempt to pre-patch. You can cancel it and play, but the pre-patching process will start all over again after you restart it :(

But only with rare tasks, so you can't create them anytime you want at demand.

Same problem here, I can't complete any quests at Rhix, or can I get any new ones, even though the last time I picked up some daily quests was more then 36 hours ago...
