• my main character is currently in WoD and the rubberbanding is just as terrible there as my alt in PE. unfortunately unplayable. totally a bummer as i was very much looking forward to farm up some enchantments/runestones on my weekend. hopefully it is resloved soon.

• sitting in the middle of a 200 second "server not responding" while loading into phantasmal fortress. it's my third attempt to play today. xbox is also having issues. hopefully this is resolved soon.

• no, i wouldn't be "pissed as hell." being promised a raise at work and not getting it would make me pissed as hell. i'm sure our definition of pissed as hell though differs, to each their own. but i do understand your disappointment and i concur that it does suck.
