so is the crit cap as a total cap or it caps at 50 AFTER the math has been done??

i m really excited but i hope they dont <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> up the feats. how they explained it atm it feels like they re just gonne be discount boons with not a lot of actually fun choices...
