I obtained Waters of Elah'zad (green) from the Dread Legion skirmish chest.. With how things work in the game, I would think that the drop rate is pretty low.. Kinda interested to know where to get Lantern of Revelation and Aurora's Whole Realms Catalogue too.. The collections page and wiki doesn't seem very helpful..
