I've seen this 30k+ you speak of especially with lvl 60's but being a rouge i know crit+armor pen is everything.stacking those will melt nearly anyone's HP away,but i have seen streamers crit for 25k+ not even having purp gear but all greens.and also there are feats for the rouge that ignore alot of armor+Bonus dmg so yea…
