I know they got smaller, just not for sure what caused it. After respect and avoided Black Forrest and they are back to where they were. My Aimed shot was critting for 8-9k pretty often. Then with 5 points into Black Forrest My crits were only 5-6k. Now with no points in Black Forrest I'm hitting 10k. /shrug

That is good. Doesn't help me much though. I have a 1.5 million AD artifact that is worthless.

I found out the hard way that if you try and refine an artifact that isn't bound to you, it binds to you without any warning message. Wasted Million or so AD upgrading a blue artifact that wasn't bound to me, I never equipped it, to purple for one of my alts only to find when I tried to mail it I couldn't because now it is…

I think there is confusion on which critical strike % you are talking about. Under Ratings - Critical Strike, or Under Offensive and Healing - Critical Chance?
