A truly open pvp area, no rewards ect just all day long killing for the blood thirsty - if rewards are a must make them unique titles, dyes, costumes nothing that is resalable (ie bound) to keep the farmers out.
Having played D&D for 30+ years, I laugh at the argument that rouges do to much damage vs. a cleric. Go back to WoW. Plus I have some clan mates who love their DC in pvp.
