This still seems to be an issue, at least in ps4. A difficulty increase I can handle, but I'm being KO'd with one hit. Ridiculous

None of the Common Cause quests such as ghost stories work for me, no matter who I talk to or what gates I try to activate. Tyranny of Dragons is an impossible campaign because of this game breaking bug.

I am having the same issue. I talk to Harper boward and get the Common Cause quest, then talk to the Harper in Neverdeath and do her quests, but I never get the option to do ghost stories. None of the gates or doors are activated for me to go anywhere and get it done, the trail just leads straight back to the Harper. This…
