February 5th and my game is still freezing whenever I hit a cutscene or go transition to another map. Changing characters is still also out of the question. Yeah hate being rude but this is stupid at this point and so glad elden ring is almost here

I am able to get on as my ranger only after I deleted all my mail, refined old enchantments, invoked and claimed vip. I started a new character (since my other ones wouldn’t work) and it freezes on the beginning cutscene where you lift up off the mat. I even waited about 15 min and stayed locked.
