  • I healed the level 16 dungeon (cant remember name now) at level 21 just now. If I healed just once, I got the aggro the rest of the fight even if I did nothing but stand there. Aggro is way off the chart right now. Also, I feel the heals are way reduced. The main HoT is only healing for about 50 a tick with 2200 HP. I…
