Just hit level 60 and the game crashed and got this bug. The work around worked, thank you, was going nuts wanting to gear up my level 60 lol

I bought mine on the 7th of June, did the email link but still no items, nothing in mail or founders merchant. Also no extra character slot or astral diamonds. Not to happy and got the automated response on my ticket...

I have also purchased the pack and not received anything. Nothing in mail, at founders vendor nor any ad's. Been 2 days now...

I just purchased Guardian Pack, transaction shows as complete, followed the email link to finalize pack purchase and it now shows that I have it in my account purchases. In game I went to both mail and founders agent yet nothing is there for me to retrieve. My character is level 24 and has completed the tutorial and rags…
