Don't waste your time/resources refining any enchantments or rune stones under rank 5. Once you're lvl 70 you get all the rank 5 drops you'll ever need. Also azure enchantments give bonus experience when equipped in a utility slot (can also equip more than one).

null Sad that this is currently the only real answer to the issue. Pre-made teams will make lvl 60 miserable too, be warned.

I think a monthly PvP event would be awesome, but I agree with the other posts about balancing first. I’ve only been playing this game since March and really enjoy the feeling of doing well in Domination, however doing well is something I’m only capable of in the lvl 20-29 queue without maxed Tenacity and/or expensive…
