• No each character can claim the bag once, it is correct. So you can basically deck all your characters out with a 30 slot bag :)

• Support handled both my tickets (one regarding the missing ZEN and the missing Rewards) very quickly. They also wrote that they are aware of the issue with the character load out and the development team is working on resolving the problem quickly.

• Is it possible to patch the game while the maintenance is going on? I had just redownloaded the game it was patching for a while and now it suddenly stopped. Was wondering if that had to do with it.
