Windows 7 is basically EOL it has none of the newer direct x support and there is zero reason to stay on windows 7 you can still upgrade all windows 7 machines to windows 10 for free

3 rank 15s for 1 rank 2 is destructive to builds. fixing the protectors set so it actually gives 1% def 10k hp and all the con bonus would be nice instead of the sub 5k hp basically no defense and a fraction of the con etc bonuses it is actually giving!

Also a possible fix under options in launcher select use proxy ither eu or us depending on where you are. That might fix your issue

I honestly don't think i have ever seen that much lag in neverwitner unless the server is about to crash which is pretty rare. .4 seconds is about 400 ms sub half second. That would be fairly hard to notice in most cases. But honestly if you are getting that much lag then maybe you do have a issue with your isp or route to…
