Not sure what your point is, because that is extremely obvious, I'm not an idiot, I was leveling in the new zones... In fact, I had no problems AT ALL killing the mobs, not sure why you even jumped to that conclusion, it's just monotonous.
All losing money, although EVE has such a dedicated playerbase that it's a little bit more settled. SWTOR's money loss is legendary, they're so far in the negative they even said themselves it was a total disaster. Rift is going F2P after laying off A LOT of employees due to losses. Everquest's time is over, and IS dead…
If the Foundry had cut scenes and customization models it would possibly be worth staying for. Even then.. meh... Only old-school MUD players will enjoy the game after they get fully geared from Castle Never. But then again, I loved MUDs... So I guess not all of them.
Everyone is farming nothing but Castle Never, most are fully geared from it. What is left? Nothing, nothing at all. The game isn't just dying, it's dead, the playerbase is just starting to realize it.
Go do the math on how long it will take to farm up the stuff yourself. Give me the number in years, it might get into decades but you can stick to years if you want.
Yeah... that terrifies me. Why perfect world, why do you have to turn otherwise decent games into wastelands? PWI/BoI/JD are all decent games, but are ghost towns due to your cash shop, NW will be no different. Siggghhhhh.
Did you not read the reddit post someone linked? Like... humans should be more capable of comprehension, are you not a human or are you just an inferior human? Anyway, here you go inferior human - http://www.reddit.com/r/Neverwinter/comments/1dry0g/neverwinters_f2p_model_what_you_need_to_know/
They're big money makers because people spend thousands. Torchlight is definitely far from the most popular Diablo style games, I'd say it's less popular than the crapfest D3, obviously doesn't even compare to D2/D1or PoE. What else is there in the ARPG genre? Forcing people to spend thousands (there's a guy who spent…
Thanks for that, it's what I feared. 160 per enchant, and that's not even counting the runes, a useful companion, and a useful mount... and crafting. This game's pvp is already dead and the main part hasn't even came out yet. Kinda unfortunate. Would've been a great game if perfect world wasn't publishing it, it's entirely…
At level 60 enchants are BETTER than gear. It's definitely not the last .02% of stats. Lol. This is the assumption everyone makes that hasn't made it to T2s. Facepalm.
$160 per enchant... That's an astronomical amount. Jeeeeeesus. Stayin true to the perfect world payment model - lure in suckers to pay 5-10 thousand dollars on the game.
This is how I feel as well. I'd be the same way if I spent 60 or 200$ on this game. I'd want to believe it wasn't P2W with all of my heart. Deep down, it definitely is. People saying you can farm for everything, sure, if you want to farm for 2-3 years. Because that is how long it will take you to get enough Zen for…
No, they won't. Any time it's a game devs fault for letting it happen, they won't ban for it. With that being said, it's stupid that they nerfed the entire foundry just because of this shizz.
I want to like the game. Without people complaining, everyone would leave and it would be another PWE failure story. If nothing is done, this game WILL die. Have you not learned from every single other PWE game in history? And cryptic game, tbh. I complain with good intent, without it, your 200$ will be completely wasted,…
Not trolling at all. Show me one way to go off the linear quest path and accept... just one other quest line. Just one branch from the main one. Just one. That's right, you can't do it. Also, haha, you spent 60$ on a dead game. Sorry, just had to do it.
I'll bet you $100 that you'll actually end up quitting this game before I will. You don't play good games, you're the type that plays random F2P games and never sticks to one. Once you get bored, you'll leave. I give you a week or two. I'll at least stick around till I get my 2 chars full T2. And to add to your late edit,…
WoW leveling - 1) New skills at least every 5 levels or so. 2) Many different starter areas 3) Optional zones 4) BoA gear 5) 3 Specs, interchangeable for a small price, basically FREE. 6) 2 separate factions, both with separate quest lines, as well as their own optional zones 7) PvPing and Dungeons are seemless, in NW…
