Yes this happend to me several times. I figured its because i was dps class. Whenever i que with paladin friend i always get qued into a group.

Seems to be related to the no group sidebar issue. Whenever it places me in the instance but in my own group I have a high chance of not getting to click on the tank. Also on a related note, not having the group sidebar show up in dungeons results in no rough AD after a successful run.

This has bee happening to me for a few days. Cant see anyone else in the group sidebar but they are in the instance. Not getting rough AD at the end of dungeons. Have not found a solution yet.
