  • I transferred the zen for sure. It's showing up on the log in screen as there now but the rename tokens I previously bought aren't. It's still asking me to buy one, not that I have enough zen anymore.

  • I have the same problem! I bought rename tokens from the zen store in game and the rename character button is still greyed out.
