  • Mine is happening at Mount Hotenow in Fireguard Fortress. I can't even fight the first 3 fire archons that show up without the glitch happening. Thankfully the "Defeat Me" option works but I end up wasting Injury Kits, so I have to put that campaign on hold. :(
