I wish the active bonus could be changed to benefit fights longer than 25 sec, i.e. every boss fight. In order to keep the companion abilities in line with other Defenders, Burning Insult should also do damage (perhaps burning damage :) ?). All the ability does currently is taunt, which seems wasteful for an ability since…
I think what people are missing is that this is a green quality healer/leader companion, which makes it automatically an upgrade from the white cleric most people use leveling up. To upgrade the white cleric to green it cost 300K AD, so it makes sense the price of the companion would hover somewhere in that range. Also,…
Currently there is a requested amount of ~350k Zen at 500AD/Z on the exchange. That's the lowest it has been in a while. I'd like to think those chicken eggs are the reason for that :). Hopefully we will see more AD sinks like this in the future.
I actually thought it was a good price...like said previously, if you convert the AD to Zen you'd be paying about the same for a purple companion in the shop. Also it functions as a decent AD sink for those with heaps of AD and who are willing to try their luck at getting a chicken, which is good in my opinion.
After more testing it seems that the runes won't work for untargeted area-of-effect abilities and since all of the attacks of the Dread Warrior are area-of-effect, the rune doesn't work for them. To confirm I placed the Indomitable Rune into my Helmite Paladin which also uses untargeted area-of-effect attacks and the rune…
I just bought this companion and I wholeheartedly agree. The companion is beyond useless as he is currently. It's disappointing because the epic skill is one of the few worth upgrading a companion for but he attacks so slowly I don't know if he'll be able to hit anything before everything is dead or moves away.
Well, this is a beta test  downtime is to be expected. I agree though, OP. At least a few of these things could have been added earlier and saved everyone a lot of headache.
After playing each class, it seems like each one is geared towards damage dealing. Tanks only tank moderately but once the block meter is depleted they take about as much damage as everyone else. And aggro is a mess universally. Healers only heal "okay" without divinity and don't get their good heal until Lvl 50. So I have…
