  • Yep got the same problem, 3 attempts at Orc Assault and 2 attempts at clock tower, everytime zoned into an already completed instance.

  • It is an alternate ability, when you are blocking your At-will abilities change to stab and shield slam, they are automatically equipped but none of this is explained or intuitive.
