• Try using %27 in the place of the apostrophe, it's how those are read in URL addresses. So if your character's name is K'el you'd type it in as 'k%27el', but without the quotes. ;P

• I'm gonna have to give that a shot, thanks! I thought I would spend the night tearing my hair over this. I bought a founders' package and have been using my PW account for a number of years, you'd think it would let me login without having to change my password everytime right?
