If you consider a wipe, there is no need to do a full wipe. Why? Because there is a good compromise between wipe and healthy economy. Keep the character levels, the job levels, the kill records and titles and the quest record. Drop all items, equipment, gold, diamonds and zen. Refund the paying customers. And of course…

Well ... they do not even need to do a full wipe. Just ban the evildoers and their associates, reset the money and kill the items and gear. And they shouldn't forget to compensate the customers for the invested money.
