The problem is that this breaks all rogues. Not just perma-stealth. The lurker's assault nerf and at-wills draining the stealth bar breaks what the class was designed around. It's not longer a rogue with what they're doing to it. I'm an executioner build and this completely breaks everything I do in dungeons.
This is a great guide except for the companion part. You do NOT gain an additional 9% from the eldritch stone. I've tested this and it changes nothing on the character sheet when I equip an eldritch stone on my stone.
