in divine it slows the enemy deals DoT and HoT,( and it heals more then any other skill) what more do you want from it. its purely a situational skill, for elite mobs/bosses in pve or melee classes in pvp.

seriously? lol if you dont have it your dc is broken in pvp your just bad. with the right encounter skils slotted/passives/feats/stats the DC right now RULES pvp, you just have to not be an idiot :) my dc is like 9.5/10 on the unkillable scale

sooth+foresight prophetic action+foresight divine fortune+foresight holy fervor will be the biggest waste of 3 points you spend end game dcs without even trying have enough ap gain without it

its a free game, and they obviously dont mean for things like this to happen, its obviously not helping there rep but really if you've played multiple MMO's in the past none of them are perfect, they constantly have issues like these.
