I did that, jackson. I even did the quest from the guild registrar... the problem was that it would not allow me to pick a side while there was a fight already going on.

Problem resolved. Apparently, you can't choose an allegiance for your guild while there's already a Gauntlgrym battle in progress... you have to wait for that one to finish in order to choose a side.

Apparently, it won't let you pick a side while there's already a fight happening in Gauntlgrym. The current Gauntlgrym combat ended, and I went to one of the recruiters... this time, he actually let me sign up with his side.

Yes, I'm sure my account isn't compromised. I most certainly did change my password, multiple times. The diamonds just went 'poof'. GMs didn't really seem to give a care... oh well.

It'd be nice to get into Gauntlgrym... but it seems to require your guild to have an allegiance... and I cannot find, as a guild leader, any way to actually set my guild's allegiance!

I have far more than 20 in my guild.... it still won't let me set an allegiance.

... I guess in China, poor customer service to your paying customers is standard business practice. I supposed I just expected fairness from the people at Cryptic, being as they're not Chinese, like the people of Perfect World are.
