Must be better in the upper levels, as CW in the first tiers wasn't that easy, seemed like every team was TRs and they tore through the CW heavy teams...

Got mine fixed, turns out it was my modem going bad...had to replace it last night and then had no more issues. Sorry as I doubt that will help anyone else. Good luck!

Since saturday I've only been able to play for 2-3 minutes before I either get disconnected or start rubberbanding so badly that I cannot play. Then once I logout and log back in I can play for 2-3 more minutes, usually 1 fight or so. I did not experience this during the beta weekends at all. I submitted a ticket with all…

Having the same rubberbanding issues, from USA, east coast. I have fiber optic cable to my house that was just installed about 6 months ago, so I doubt its my internet connection as other games play fine.

Having the same issue and thought it was my internet, until I was able to play a few other games with no lag issues. I did have a check for disable on demand patching. I'll try it unchecked too...just to see

I'm having a similar issue, I can get through one fight or opening action at a time, then have to either log out and back in, or I get disconnected.

Thanks Vikinggamer, So the Greycloak Legacy is one per account, not per character? bummer Same with the starter kits, I thought that was one per character.

Support confirmed you can only redeem one HotN or GoN per account. So looking for a refund now, and have to hope that Limpy delivers before start time tomorrow... :D

So no way to use two of the same pack unless they are standard? I'm going to try for a refund, or maybe just get my stepson to play with me, on his own account. Don't want to sell something I won, first thing I won in over 5 years.

What do I do since I bought GoN and won another GoN pack? Not sure if I can get a refund on the one I bought a month ago... any ideas? I did open a ticket but don't know when that will get answered as I just won it today.
