Thank you everyone for your replies and the help. I heard back from the Neverwinter support today; essentially, this is a known bug and they are working on fixing it. No ETA at the moment, though.

I have, several times by now. The quest is nowhere to be found, neither in PE nor other zones.

I've read through some (not all, that would be too much) pages of comments, and I dare to say that 45 pages of (mostly) negative comments should give you lots of feedback to consider. Some questions some users had have been answered as far as I know, but I haven't found an official statement on the point most of us users…

Great -.- another stupid idea. Makes me regret paying real money for this. Dunno how long I will keep playing, but definitely not buy any more Zen from now. Not going to fund this any longer.
