Nothing to do with xbox an restart. After a few attempts to reconnect to the server I gave up and played a different multiplayer game. Retried login a few hours later. No problems. ITS THE GAME SERVERS imo.

He's entitled to his stuff back. He made a mistake (in game) and its support's job to help him fix it! All they need to do is check the player/system log for the day the incident happened to verify what he is telling them. Complaining about the time involved having to press 'X' instead of 'A' in a command sequence is ridiculous and anyone doing that probably lacks perspective.

Its not a question of blame, or shouldn't be. This issue can be stopped easily and they are not doing it. Ever accidentally purchased an item on the Zen Market? No. Why? Because there is a different confirmation dynamic. Think about it. Of course people make mistakes. That's not what I'm talking about.

I have discarded in error an epic lvl 137 item (almost legendary) and salvaged an epic elemental weapon (part of a set) in error.
