Why do we need to go read their twitter post? that is 140 characters AND THEY HAVE A BLOODY FORUM RIGHT HERE!!!. The lack of any seeming update on what is going on and assuring the public with anything other than raw silence would be helpful.
This is why a wipe is necessary. Their reputation is evidently not worth anything to them and after seeing how long this is taking them to resolve as well as how they are communicating, they are going to lose more people than they are going to save. Those that do stay will not invest any money until the market stabilizes…
I don't think that f2p is the way of the future of MMO's unless people just let themselves but cornered into that market. The companies are seeing better profits in some games.
