I actually do think they should prosecute, it has actually effect the game and it's players lost money for them. pretty sure sony has successfully charged someone for such things.

that is a point game breaking things will happen all through, But I think now it might be worth thinking about an character wipe and refund for release. you could even give a 2x gold, xp ad for the week of release and those who brought a pack x4 and x6. The idea was stolen shamefully from someone on nwrp.

I really want to make an elf feasible. Still thinking I might go with it, but I know I will max the character and they will introduce eladrin and my heart will sink. Kinda wish they would tell us what there plans were so we could plan for rp purposes. As much as I love roleplaying, it's not herioc to suck all the time.
